Full Time - Operations - Community Manager - RL Lofts
Job Summary
Join the Omega Team for an exciting opportunity as a Residential Community Manager. Your goal will be to maximize income and control expenses at the apartment community. You will oversee daily operations and ensure the property is clean, in good repair, and meets occupancy targets.
Responsibilities
- Maximize rental revenue through effective leasing and resident services
- Manage the apartment management office and staff
- Service resident needs and collect rents and fees
- Maintain the property and address maintenance issues
- Resolve resident, prospect, and vendor problems professionally
- Operate various office equipment and maintain accurate records
- Set and achieve personal and team goals
Requirements
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in basic math and financial computations
- Computer literacy and proficiency with office software
- Good record-keeping and data entry skills
- Ability to handle lease documents and paperwork
- Ability to communicate effectively with all types of people
- Experience in management, sales, and/or office administration
- Prior apartment management experience preferred
- ARM or CAM designations preferred
- HUD/LIHTC experience preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college education preferred
- One year of experience in management, sales, or office administration
- Self-motivated and capable of setting and achieving personal and team goals
