About the role
Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead a well-established apartment community in Louisville, KY.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations
- Lead, coach, and develop on-site team members
- Maintain occupancy and resident retention goals
- Manage budgets, collections, and overall property performance
- Ensure community appearance and curb appeal standards are maintained
- Deliver exceptional resident experiences and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain compliance with company policies and housing regulations
Requirements
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, collections, and property operations
- Experience managing budgets and driving financial performance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus
