About the role
The Community Manager position at Urban Living at Lowry in Denver, CO is seeking a bilingual individual with 3+ years of experience in community management or assistant manager roles.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct on-site staff
- Lead leasing and marketing activities
- Perform market analysis
- Develop and manage property budgets
- Ensure resident lease obligations are met
- Maintain property's physical aspects
- Communicate effectively with site staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Train and mentor office staff
- Perform regular inspections and oversee maintenance staff
- Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor service contracts
- Collect and post rental payments, input invoices
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years Community Manager or Assistant Manager experience or equivalent management experience
- Drivers License required
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Effective communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Pay and Benefits
- Pay Range: $70K - $75K
