Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager position at Urban Living at Lowry in Denver, CO is seeking a bilingual individual with 3+ years of experience in community management or assistant manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct on-site staff
• Lead leasing and marketing activities
• Perform market analysis
• Develop and manage property budgets
• Ensure resident lease obligations are met
• Maintain property's physical aspects
• Communicate effectively with site staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Train and mentor office staff
• Perform regular inspections and oversee maintenance staff
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor service contracts
• Collect and post rental payments, input invoices
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Community Manager or Assistant Manager experience or equivalent management experience
• Drivers License required
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Effective communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range: $70K - $75K
