Full-Time Nurse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership in outpatient rehabilitation settings, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, tailored patient care. This role involves developing and implementing patient care programs, serving as a liaison between administration and staff, supervising nursing care during shifts, and managing staff performance through feedback and evaluations. The Nurse Supervisor also participates in patient care when needed, building meaningful relationships to support recovery.

Responsibilities

• Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services
• Monitoring staff performance and providing coaching and evaluations
• Assisting in developing personalized care programs, policies, and procedures
• Building strong relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations
• BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience within the last five years
• Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes
