Full-Time Manager

About the role

We are looking for leaders who have a passion for developing others. Managers act as the face of the restaurant during their shift, ensuring each guest walks away having a remarkable experience while investing in their team on a daily basis. This role is generally offered as a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Encourage the team to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals.
• Respond immediately and respectfully to guests' needs.
• Assist in training new hires, set the tone for each shift, and act as a role model for the team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close the restaurant, lead shifts, and ensure the overall success of daily operations.
• Handle cash management and related responsibilities.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is very helpful for success in this role.
• Holidays and weekend availability are required.
