Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule the sales crew and technicians
• Oversee the sales floor, lot/inventory layout, and curb appeal
• Maintain the garage, including parts, supplies, and cleanliness
• Handle inventory up-keep and management as needed
• Prepare daily and weekly reports as required
• Build and maintain open, honest, and timely communication with customers via phone, text, email, or in-person
• Demonstrate excellent phone skills
• Communicate vehicle purchase requirements to customers
• Assist customers with the application and qualification processes
• Maintain an active customer database within the company-wide CRM software
• Handle follow-ups, schedule customer appointments, and respond to electronic leads
• Demonstrate excellent face-to-face communication skills
• Maintain necessary customer paperwork
• Maintain a good driving record

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license and a good driving record
• Willingness to work a 40-hour workweek
• Management experience is required
• Previous rent-to-own or payday loan experience is a plus
