About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Residential team at Omega Management Group. This role involves performing general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property
• Affixes and maintains landscape and irrigation systems
• Maintains a clean, neat, and well-groomed professional appearance
• Works independently, directs others, and participates in staff meetings and training programs
• Supports and promotes good resident/tenant relations and service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Current liability insurance coverage

Qualifications

• Standard levels of productivity and dependability
• Customer service orientation
• Willingness to learn and communicate effectively

Skills

• Knowledge of property maintenance and repair
• Ability to work independently and lead others
• Good communication skills
