Full-Time LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC/ Serving the Wheelersburg Community

Responsibilities

• Counsels clients individually, in groups, and in families.
• Performs diagnostic and assessment procedures, following ODMH/ODADAS/CARF standards.
• Coordinates various clinical activities and monitors care to ensure compliance with agency policies.
• Makes necessary reports to supervisor and Clinical Director regarding client treatment.
• Attends executive committee meetings and treatment staffing meetings.
• Serves on committees for Quality Assurance and may act as a committee chair.
• Conducts in-service training as assigned.
• Maintains contact with family members, guardians, referral sources, and authorized outside sources.
• Maintains documentation related to caseload and program function.
• Makes presentations to representatives from outside agencies as required.

Requirements

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults with mental health diagnoses or relevant work history is preferred.
• Interacts professionally with colleagues, physicians, providers, patients, and their families.
• Organized and able to use MS Office applications effectively.
• Adaptable to a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Qualifications

• Adequate knowledge and ability to navigate EHR system.
• Knowledge of principles of growth and development over the life span.

Skills

• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interact professionally with colleagues and patients.
• Organizational and communication skills.
