About the role

RFS Behavioral Health is expanding its team in Sylvania to meet growing demand for school-based behavioral health services. We are seeking passionate clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
• Support children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, and emotional challenges
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful progress
• Collaborate with parents, educators, physicians, and community partners
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when needed
• Help students strengthen coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and resilience
• Empower families with resources that support long-term success

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW license (or license-eligible)
• Passion for working with children, adolescents, and families
• Strong communication, clinical, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality behavioral healthcare
