Seeking Full-Time LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC in Dayton OH

Responsibilities

• Counsels clients individually, in groups, and in families.
• Performs diagnostic and assessment procedures based on qualifications and abilities.
• Coordinates various clinical activities.
• Maintains contact with family members, guardians, referral sources, and authorized outside sources.
• Maintains documentation related to caseload and program function.
• Attends executive committee meetings and treatment staffing.
• Serves on various committees for Quality Assurance.
• Conducts in-service training as assigned.
• Makes necessary reports to supervisor and/or Clinical Director.
• Assumes additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults with mental health diagnoses, or relevant work history.
• Adequate knowledge and ability to navigate Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Organizational skills, writing, speaking clearly, answering telephone, fine dexterity, handling, and gripping.
• Knowledge of principles of growth and development over the life span.
• Competency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Adaptability in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Adequate knowledge and ability to navigate EHR (Electronic Health Record) system.
• Assume additional duties as assigned by Clinical Director or Counseling Supervisor.
