Full-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview The position involves functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, assisting customers, operating cash registers, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. The role also encompasses aiding in plan-o-gram implementation, managing inventory, and supporting store safety and security practices. Responsibilities Unload trucks, stock shelves, and build displaysAssist customers and operate cash registersMaintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and support visual standardsHandle cash, authorize refunds, and oversee cash drawer management in the absence of managementEnsure adherence to safety policies and company procedures Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferredStrong math, cash handling, and register operation skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of safety policies and plan-o-gram adherence Work Conditions Frequent standing, bending, lifting up to 40-55 pounds, and occasional use of ladders. The environment is fast-paced with moderate noise, and may involve exposure to outside weather and travel between stores. Proper handling of merchandise and equipment is essential.
