Full-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview

This position involves acting as a Cashier and/or Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of Store Management. The role includes maintaining merchandise displays, assisting customers, operating cash registers, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety.

Key Duties

• Unload, receive, unpack, and stock merchandise following store processes.
• Implement and maintain plan-o-grams and merchandise displays.
• Assist customers by locating products and providing exemplary service.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, and manage cash controls.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including cleaning floors, restrooms, and stockroom.
• Support opening and closing of the store, including cash handling and bank deposits in the absence of management.
• Monitor security, manage cash levels, and complete required documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong mathematical, cash handling, and POS skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety policies and merchandise presentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing, bending, and movement.

Working Conditions
