Full-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview

This position functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The role involves maintaining store operations, customer service, merchandising, and safety compliance to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, rotate and face products, and assist with plan-o-gram implementation.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and assist with store opening/closing procedures.
• In the absence of management, authorize refunds, monitor cash levels, and ensure security protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory or related experience preferred.
• Strong math, cash handling, and register operation skills.
• Effective communication, safety awareness, and ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.

Working Conditions

Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and handling merchandise in a fast-paced environment. Occasional outdoor exposure and driving tasks may be required.
