Responsibilities

• Supporting teacher, staff, and student technology
• Purchasing and deploying new [computer or technical] equipment
• Maintaining and supporting computer labs and servers
• Installing and maintaining video surveillance systems and cameras
• Providing support for classroom technologies
• Deploying or removing computer equipment and updating District inventory
• Network and endpoint security
• After-hours accessibility for emergencies and special activities
• Contributing to the research and development of district technology policies
• Represent the technology department at various meetings or events
• Participate in internal investigations and events as directed by District administrators

Requirements

Must have basic computer knowledge, be familiar with Google docs and check email frequently. Must be willing to learn and use all computer systems and software as needed.
