Full-Time Senior Systems Engineer

About the Role

A Senior Space Advisor provides expert guidance on space systems, supporting Navy space initiatives and the broader Space Cadre community. The position involves systems engineering, acquisition, and space subject matter expertise to assist in developing and delivering space tools on secure networks.

Responsibilities

• Advising Navy and related agencies on Space Tools and capabilities
• Coordinating with external organizations such as Space Systems Command and AFRL
• Demonstrating Space Tools to government stakeholders
• Supporting Navy-specific Space Tools at various operational centers through travel

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' experience with military C4ISR systems and Space Domain Awareness data
• Hands-on knowledge of Space Tools like SDCCS, FADE/MIST, BOHDI, and Scraawl
• Active Security+ CE certification
• U.S. citizenship and a Top Secret/SCI security clearance are mandatory
• Role involves travel to Navy facilities up to two weeks per month

Skills

• Preferred: familiarity with Kahless, Spectra, TITANS, TIBCO
• Preferred: experience supporting NAVWAR and Project Overmatch
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
