Location: Shoreview, MN – Jovie offices in Edina, Chanhassen, and Wayzata

About the role

Jovie is hiring experienced, engaging caregivers to provide in-home care for infants and toddlers with local families throughout the Shoreview area. This is a full-time nanny position with daytime hours, supportive leadership, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, nurturing care for infants and toddlers
• Support feeding, naps, and daily routines
• Encourage learning through reading, play, and age-appropriate activities
• Communicate with parents about their child’s day
• Create a positive environment where children can learn and grow

Most shifts occur between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with typical shifts lasting 6–9 hours. Monday–Friday availability is preferred.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of infant childcare experience (nannying, babysitting, daycare, preschool, church nursery, or other childcare settings)
• Love working with infants and toddlers
• Dependable and professional
• Strong communication skills with parents and children
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• At least 2 childcare-related references and 1 character reference
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay

$18–$20 per hour, plus overtime pay. Pay dates are every two weeks.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday availability preferred. Most shifts occur between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with typical shifts lasting 6–9 hours.
