Full-Time Infant Nanny

About the role

We are looking for a fun, engaging, and communicative nanny to provide childcare for young infants while their parents work. The position is open to those with experience in group settings such as daycare, babysitting, and nannying.

Responsibilities

• Provide childcare for young infants
• Work 6 - 8 hour shifts from 7am - 7pm, at least 4 days per week
• Ensure reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Have at least 1 year of infant experience
• Accrue sick time
• Receive health care stipend, retirement savings, or student loan repayment plan when upholding a full-time schedule
• Participate in contests, bonuses, and hourly wage increases based on performance and commitment
• Work with families based on experience, availability, and location preferences
• Engage in active, kid-centric environments including clean-up of activities
• Be prepared to lift up to 35 pounds safely, bend, squat, reach, and push
• React quickly and calmly to certain and emergent situations

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age or older
• At least 1 year of infant experience
• 3 references, 2 related to working with children, paid or unpaid, as well as 1 character reference
