Full-Time Infant Nanny

Full-time and Part-time positions are now available in Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in-home, but no transportation required
• No household duties other than common sense clean-up of activities or meals with the child
• Support families needing care for children ranging from infants through toddlers, with highest demand for infants under 2 years old
• Engage children by providing safety and leading hands-on activities based on observed age-appropriate development

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Experience working with children, including infant experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness and ability to travel to various homes throughout the area
• Available Monday through Friday for 6-8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm

Working Conditions and Requirements

• Active, kid-centric environment with clean-up responsibilities
• May spend part of the day outside, weather permitting, and engage in active play
• Regular lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing required
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds safely
• Must be able to get up from and down to the floor numerous times throughout the day
• Quick reaction to certain situations necessary
• Ability to react calmly, effectively, and safely to emergent situations required

Pay

$20-25 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday for 6-8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
