Responsibilities

• Genuinely enjoy children and are engaging, creative, and child-focused
• Communicate effectively with parents and coworkers
• Available at least 5 days a week for 6-9 hour shifts between 7am - 7pm
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Bring at least 1 year of day-to-day infant experience
• Provide 3 references, including 2 related to working with children and 1 character reference
• At least 18 years old and demonstrate reliability
• Work in an active, kid-centric environment with clean-up responsibilities
• May spend part of the day outside, weather permitting
• Essential physical requirements include lifting up to 35 pounds, bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing
• Must be able to react quickly to certain situations and handle emergent situations calmly and safely

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of day-to-day infant experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely
• Ability to get up from and down to the floor numerous times throughout the day
• Ability to react quickly to certain situations
• Ability to handle emergent situations calmly and safely

Pay

Hourly wage: $18 - 20
Overtime wage: $27 - 30
