Full-Time Incentive Lift Operator

Position Overview Keep communities fed by supporting warehouse operations as a Forklift Operator. Assist in replenishing product levels, ensuring easy access to items, and maintaining safe, efficient daily operations. Responsibilities Operate Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to transport merchandise within the warehouse.Accurately track inventory using handheld computers and technology.Stack, rotate, and stage merchandise manually or with equipment.Replenish pick slots and production lines for timely order fulfillment.Load and unload trailers, follow safety protocols, and handle varying weights safely. Qualifications & Skills Experience operating material handling equipment, specifically Reach Truck or stand-up forklifts.Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety procedures.Team-oriented with a passion for supporting community-focused initiatives.Able to lift 1-60 lbs., stand, bend, pull, and work on multiple levels.
