Incentive Lift Operator

Position Overview

Assist in maintaining efficient warehouse operations by operating material handling equipment, primarily a Reach Truck forklift, to transport and replenish merchandise. Support inventory management through accurate tracking and staging of products, ensuring timely order fulfillment. Follow safety protocols and handle varying loads safely, often lifting between 1–60 lb and working on multiple levels. The work environment includes temperatures of 50°–90°, requiring physical endurance and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Track inventory using handheld devices and technology.
• Stack, rotate, and replenish products to support warehouse functions.
• Load and unload trailers, stage finished products, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience operating material handling equipment, especially Reach Trucks or stand‑up forklifts.
• Strong safety orientation and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for community support.
• Ability to lift, bend, and handle products weighing up to 60 lb or more.
