Incentive Lift Operator - Dayshift

About the role

Support community feeding efforts by operating forklifts and managing warehouse inventory. This role involves replenishing product levels, transporting merchandise, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations to serve local families and communities.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift/reach truck to move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Accurately track inventory using handheld devices and technology.
• Stack, rotate, and replenish products to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Stage finished goods and load/unload trailers safely.
• Follow safety protocols and handle materials with care, including occasional lifting of heavy or awkward items.

Qualifications

• Experience with material handling equipment, especially reach trucks/stand‑up forklifts.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Team‑oriented with a passion for helping others and supporting community‑focused initiatives.
• Ability to lift, bend, and handle products weighing between 1‑60 lb, often working on multiple levels.
