Full-Time Incentive Coordinator

About the role

The role involves operating a stand-up forklift to transport, store, and rotate merchandise within a warehouse setting. Responsibilities include accurately tracking inventory, replenishing pick slots, staging finished products, loading/unloading trailers, and following safety protocols. The job requires frequent standing, bending, lifting (1-60 lbs.), and working on multiple levels of varying heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Track inventory using handheld devices and technology.
• Stack, rotate, and replenish merchandise efficiently.
• Stage products and load/unload trailers safely.
• Follow safety protocols and handle materials carefully.
• Replenish pick slots.

Qualifications

• Experience operating material handling equipment, especially reach trucks or stand-up forklifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures.
