Full-Time Incentive Coordinator

Position Overview

This role involves transporting merchandise within a warehouse environment to support inventory management and order fulfillment. The FTA Incentive Lift Operator operates stand-up forklifts to move, drop, and rotate pallets, ensuring efficient stock handling and storage.

Key Duties

• Operate forklifts to move merchandise accurately within the warehouse
• Track inventory with handheld devices and technology
• Stack, rotate, and replenish stock to ensure timely order processing
• Load and unload trailers safely
• Follow safety protocols and handle materials properly

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience operating material handling equipment, specifically reach trucks or stand-up forklifts
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for community support
• Ability to follow safe operating procedures and handle materials safely
• High school diploma or GED
