Full-time Health Coach

About the role

A dynamic and passionate Health Coach is needed to support a wellness program within a healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will help individuals achieve their health goals through personalized coaching and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to clients
• Develop and implement personalized health improvement plans
• Offer nutrition and lifestyle counseling
• Maintain client confidentiality and privacy
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Nutrition, Exercise Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in health coaching or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for travel)
