Full-Time Faculty - Psychology

Primary Responsibilities

• Create courses aligned with learning outcomes and encourage student engagement.
• Foster a learning environment that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Utilize various assessment methods to evaluate student progress and learning.
• Achieve students' academic, personal, and career goals while maintaining a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
• Lead and collaborate within and outside academic communities to support student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or Master's in Clinical Psychology.
• Knowledge of Blackboard Learning Management System, preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Experience working with a diverse, multilingual student population, and a commitment to the open access mission of the community college.

Pay

Salary Range: $58,000.00 Annually

Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as other factors such as internal equity.
