About the role

Bethel University is seeking a full-time tenure track faculty member in Psychology. The position begins Fall of 2026 and requires a full-time physical presence on campus in Mishawaka, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate-level courses in the Psychology program
• Advising students
• Promoting the Psychology program to prospective students
• Contributing to Psychology program assessment
• Mentoring
• Participating positively in the Bethel University community

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Psychology or Psy.D.

• Show the ability to be culturally relevant to traditional-aged students

• Ability to integrate Christian faith into the classroom
