Full-Time Dialysis Nurse (Night Shift)

About the role

The RN provides inpatient acute dialysis care on a 13-bed unit, delivering advanced renal replacement therapies such as hemodialysis, CVVHDF, CVVHD, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to nursing standards.
• Educate patients and families on managing illness, post-treatment care, and medications.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while participating in professional development.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, and spiritual considerations.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• RN license required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Schedule

Straight night shifts, weekend and on-call rotations included.
