Inpatient Dialysis Nurse (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in an inpatient acute dialysis unit, requiring assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs.Participate in activities supporting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.Use critical nursing skills to evaluate patient conditions and ensure effective communication across care teams. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree with RN licensure.Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of hospital bedside RN experience.Dialysis experience is preferred but not required.Ability to work safely in a high-alert environment and demonstrate alertness.
