Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations in a busy dialysis center
- Guide and mentor dialysis nurses and technicians
- Ensure safe, high-quality treatments for patients with chronic kidney disease
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
- Monitor treatments and manage infection control and quality metrics
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications And Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in dialysis or nephrology preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
