About the role
Rendevor Dialysis is a family-owned and operated company established over 30 years ago by a dedicated Dialysis RN. Our mission is to establish thriving onsite dialysis partnerships in underserved healthcare institutions.
Responsibilities
- Ensures dialysis unit operates in compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, ESRD, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Leads, coaches, and guides clinical teammates, depending on unit size.
- Manages staff scheduling and assignments to maintain appropriate patient-to-staff ratios.
- Facilitates staff development, training, and monthly education.
- Monitors and assures patients receive adequate medical attention.
- Works diligently to be a great on-site partner to our client and be a company advocate to all outside parties.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
- Current RN license for Connecticut and current CPR certification (or within three months of hire).
- One year of hemodialysis RN experience is required, with previous management experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong technical/computer proficiency with laptops, tablets, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc.
- Ability to quickly learn a variety of technical systems and equipment.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.
- Ability to read and understand medical records and documentation.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and time management skills.
- Ability to develop and improve skills, and monitor quality control measures.
- Ability to lobby with client administration to eliminate restrictions that may negatively impact patient outcomes.

Schedule
This Dialysis Unit is located in Suffield, CT, within MacDougall Correctional Institute. The anticipated start date is in late June 2026.
