About the role
We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Clinical Coordinator RN to provide expert perioperative care in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as charge nurse and lead clinical staff
- Coordinate shift activities and ensure smooth operations
- Mentor, coach, and role model for team members
- Assist with quality improvement, resource management, and maintaining care standards
- Deliver patient-centered care tailored to age-specific needs across a variety of surgical procedures
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure and at least one year of acute care clinical experience
- Baccalaureate degree or higher preferred; graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Knowledge of modifying care based on patient age and interpreting clinical information
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
