Full-Time Dialysis Clinical Coordinator, RN

Responsibilities

• Ensures dialysis unit operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Leads, coaches, and guides clinical teammates, including conducting in-service training and skill checks.
• Manages staff scheduling and assignments to maintain appropriate patient-to-staff ratios.
• Facilitates staff development, training, and monthly education.
• Monitors and ensures the integrity of all protected health information.
• Collaborates with the Clinical Services team to meet CQI/QAPI initiatives and clinical goals.
• Communicates with facility personnel, managed care groups, providers, and other stakeholders.
• Works to eliminate any restrictions that may negatively impact patient outcomes.
• Assists with payroll records, inventory management, and business development efforts.
• Supervises medical records and engages in continuous learning and research of dialysis practices.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• Current RN license for Minnesota and current CPR certification.
• One year of hemodialysis RN experience, with previous management experience preferred.

• Strong technical/computer proficiency with laptops, tablets, and various software systems.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize a variety of technical systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Pay

The Clinical Coordinator's hourly rate is $56.00 - $58.00 per hour, based on documented experience, qualifications, and market data.

Schedule

This Dialysis Unit operates 3 days per week (6am - 4pm) within Oak Park Heights Correctional Facility.
