Role Overview

The Clinical Manager ensures quality patient care and oversees clinical operations in a dialysis facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations, including staffing, costs, and compliance
• Lead and develop staff
• Cook up and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge
• Maintain accurate records
• Oversee financials and regulatory reports
• Foster physician relationships
• Support staff training and professional growth

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• RN licensure
• 6+ years healthcare operations experience
• 1+ year clinical nursing
• Dialysis experience
• PREFERRED: Supervisory roles, ICU/med-surg experience

• Ability to pass color vision test
• Physical ability for patient handling
