Dialysis Clinical Nurse - Full Time

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care
• Educate on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use
• Ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and document individualized care plans collaboratively
• Affirm physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and barriers
• Maintain safety sensitivity by working alertly and safely at all times

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing, RN license
• No prior experience necessary, preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, less than 2 years of experience

Work Environment & Benefits

• Full-time role with 12-hour shifts, including one weekend per month and some call
