Dialysis Nurse - Full-time

About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing high-quality dialysis care to patients with kidney disease.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, comfortable dialysis treatments.
• Conduct physical assessments and monitor patients during procedures.
• Document care in accordance with facility policies.
• Review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and assess patient care, ensuring staffing compliance.
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory policies under supervision.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred, including dialysis experience.
