Dialysis Nurse - Full-time

About the Role

Responsible for delivering high-quality dialysis care within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment, including physical assessments and monitoring during procedures.
• Complete and document patient assessments, review medication profiles, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and appropriate staffing levels.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to stay current with best practices.

Requirements

• Active nursing license in the relevant state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred, with dialysis nursing experience a plus.
