Dialysis Nurse - RN (Full-Time)

Role Overview

The Dialysis Registered Nurse provides high-quality, safe dialysis treatment to patients with kidney disease, working under supervision and assisting Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical assessments before and after treatments, monitor patients during dialysis, and document care activities.
• Complete medication reviews and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure staffing requirements are met in compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to safety, quality standards, and legal regulations, participating in staff meetings and continuing education.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Preferred: one or more years of nursing experience, with dialysis nursing experience being advantageous.
