About the role

The Dialysis Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, safe dialysis care to patients with kidney disease. They work closely with patients, performing physical assessments, monitoring during treatment, and documenting care activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical assessments and monitor patients during dialysis treatment
• Document care activities
• Administer medications as per physician orders
• Review patient medication profiles regularly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure comprehensive patient assessment and care planning
• Maintain proper staffing levels in accordance with regulations
• Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and legal requirements
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing education
