Provide high-quality patient care in a supportive dialysis environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Monitor patient conditions, assist with care plans, and deliver safe, effective treatments.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure proper documentation of assessments and interventions.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and maintaining patient-centered care.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training and adherence to standards.
• Mentor peers, promote a positive work environment, and uphold confidentiality and safety policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
• Required certifications: BLS and RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and quality improvement.
