About the Role
Provide specialized dialysis care for patients with kidney disease.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality dialysis treatments, including physical assessments and monitoring during procedures.
- Complete and document patient assessments and medication profiles, administering medications as ordered.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and proper staffing ratios.
- Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
Requirements
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
Qualifications
- Preferred: at least one year of nursing experience, with dialysis experience being advantageous.
