Dialysis Nurse - Full-time

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, comfortable dialysis treatments and monitor patients during procedures.
• Complete physical assessments, document patient information, and review medication profiles monthly.
• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and assess patient needs.
• Ensure staffing requirements are met under supervision and maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• PREFERRED: 1+ years of nursing experience, especially in dialysis.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adherence to policies.
