Full-Time Dialysis Clinical Manager RN

Role Overview: The Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinical operations in a dialysis facility. Key Duties: Manage clinic operations, including costs, staffing, and quality standards; provide leadership, coaching, and staff development; coordinate patient care from admission to discharge; oversee staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations; facilitate physician relations and ensure compliance with policies; oversee the facility’s Home Therapies Program and maintain accurate medical and operational records. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; RN license; 6+ years healthcare operations experience; 12+ months clinical nursing, including dialysis; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Physical & Working Conditions: Involves desk work, patient interaction, occasional travel, exposure to healthcare environment, and heavy lifting for patient assistance.
