About the Role
The Clinical Manager oversees clinical operations and ensures the delivery of quality patient care for dialysis patients with end-stage or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities
- Manage clinic operations, including staffing, costs, and quality standards
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for staff
- Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge
- Ensure staff training and compliance
- Foster strong physician relationships
- Oversee documentation, regulatory reports, and financial performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- RN licensure
- 6+ years of healthcare operations experience
- 12+ months of clinical nursing experience
- Dialysis experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- ICU or med-surg background
Physical & Work Environment
Involves desk work, patient interaction, potential travel, and exposure to healthcare environment risks. Heavy lifting and patient movement may be required.
