Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic functions, including staffing, costs, quality standards, and compliance
• Lead and support staff development
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge
• Manage physician relationships and regulatory reporting
• Oversee the facility’s Home Therapies Program

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• RN licensure
• Extensive healthcare experience, including clinical nursing and healthcare operations
• Experience in healthcare management
• Ability to manage patient schedules and support staff training
• Capability to handle physical demands such as patient mobility assistance
