Full-Time Dialysis Clinical Manager RN
Role Overview
As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee clinical operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care for individuals with end-stage renal or chronic kidney disease. You will lead a team, manage clinic processes, staffing, and compliance, and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge. Your responsibilities include staff hiring, training, evaluations, and fostering professional growth, as well as maintaining strong physician relationships and facilitating regulatory and quality standards adherence.
Qualifications & Skills
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- RN licensure
- At least 6+ years of healthcare operations experience, including clinical nursing and dialysis nursing
- PREFERRED: Supervisory or project management roles, med/surg or ICU clinical backgrounds
- MUST PASS: Ishihara Color Blind Test
Physical demands involve patient handling and possible travel within facilities and to meetings.
