Full-Time Dialysis Clinical Manager RN

About the Role

The Clinical Manager oversees daily facility operations, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. They lead a team responsible for delivering dialysis treatment to patients with renal disease, collaborating with medical staff and managing clinical and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and staff development; oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Manage clinic operations, including financials, inventory, and physical plant maintenance.
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care, from admission to discharge, addressing patient concerns and ensuring timely assessments and care plans.
• Foster strong physician relationships, facilitate communication, and ensure regulatory compliance through audits and surveys.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives, monitor safety events, and maintain medical records integrity.
• Develop policies, oversee staff training, and support professional growth.
• Manage vendor contracts, supplies, and facility safety protocols.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School with current RN licensure.
• Experience in clinical nursing, with additional dialysis experience preferred.
• Leadership skills in team management, communication, quality improvement, and decision-making.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with medical databases is a plus.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage operations, and ensure high-quality patient care.

Additional Information

The role involves physical activity, including standing, bending, and patient handling, with a focus on safety and infection control. Travel may be required to regional meetings.
