Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Pay

Starting at $12 per hour. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year, based on anniversary date. Shift-differential pay for select shifts.

Schedule

• Tuesday: 4:45am–1PM
• Thursday: 4:45am–1PM
• Saturday: 11am–7:15PM
• Sunday: 11am–7:15PM
