Responsibilities
- Aid in customer inquiries regarding freight pickup requests, rate quotes, freight charges, hot shipments, shipment tracing, and appointments or special requests.
- Take and deliver messages for the Service Center Manager and Account Managers.
- Provide assistance to Drivers, including preparing bills of lading and delivery receipts.
- Maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers as well as interline companies.
- May assist with payroll data entry, freight reports, driver collection reports, billing, and filling.
Qualifications
- Skilled in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent keyboarding skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
