The Caring Place, Functional Pathways’ newest location, provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to residents, helping them maintain independence, improve function, and achieve individual goals through personalized, compassionate care.
Franklin sits at the confluence of French Creek and the Allegheny River, near Oil City, Titusville, and other communities throughout the Oil Region.

Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Certification and licensure as required by state and national board associations.
- Active state license.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure (screening requirements may vary by location).
